Professional Partners' Programme

Causeway is passionate about supporting young professionals with their careers. More than that, we are excited about hearing the voice of this generation of change-makers and learning from them as well as supporting them.

The Causeway Professional Partners’ Programme will introduce more experienced Causeway Members to our Young Professional Members to enable them to connect, chat and get some support or advice when needed.

This programme offers mutual benefits:

An opportunity for young professionals to get support in their career journeys from more experienced leaders who will share their skills, experience, expertise, networks and provide a trusted listening ear. Basically, you will get the opportunity to connect with someone with lots of experience to have an informal chat with – about your career aspirations or anything you think might help you with your career at this point in time.

An opportunity for experienced leaders to learn from younger talent and get a different perspective than that of their usual peer group. Our Young Professional Members can help experienced leaders to think in a different way, to become more digitally savvy and to better connect with Millennials and Gen Z.

How it Works

The Causeway Professional Partners’ Programme is open to all Causeway members. Start chatting with your partner in just three simple steps:

Register your interest as an Experienced Causeway Member or as a Young Professional Member (age 30 or under).
We will match Experienced Members with Young Professional Members and share your application forms and contact details.
The Experienced Member and Young Professional will have an initial chat at a time to suit you both.

In some cases, just one or two conversations might be all you need at this point in time
In other cases, both parties might feel they want to meet more often – maybe once a quarter. This is up to both of you to decide.
At any time, the Young Professional Member and/or Experienced Member can request another match – sometimes different types of experience or skills can be helpful at different times and some members might be happy to be matched with more than one Young Professional Member.

The Causeway Professional Partners’ Programme is free-of-charge and open to all active Causeway members. All we ask is that you prioritise the meetings – what you put into it, is what you get out of it.
