Originally from Cork, Judith set up Represent, an award-winning PR & digital agency in 2000, growing it into one of Scotland’s leading independent agencies.
With offices in Dublin and Edinburgh, the agency’s integrated approach drives business growth and builds brands across sectors including food & drink, fintech, property, professional services, agriculture, education and tourism.
Judith’s skills lie in bringing people, ideas and messages together to achieve killer content across print, broadcast and digital channels. She works across corporate reputation, strategic communications planning and crisis management.
As a “thought partner” to a great number of businesses across a variety of sectors, Sean identifies where opportunities exist for businesses to benefit from cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary research, education and knowledge-exchange that the Strathclyde Business School can provide, or can tailor a bespoke programme to meet the individual and specific needs of a business.
Sean aims to increase footprint, revenue and contribution while enhancing quality and reputation of the University of Strathclyde and partners.

Ian specialises in drafting and negotiating building and engineering contracts, professional consultant appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees.
He has worked on some of the highest profile projects in Scotland and Northern Ireland, including Edinburgh Trams and the redevelopment of the St James Centre in Edinburgh and Northern Ireland Water.
Ian acted as Company Secretary and Board Member for Causeway: Ireland Scotland Business Exchange since its inception and has now accepted an appointment as an Ambassador for Causeway.
He is a graduate of University College Cork and The University of Leicester and has been a company director in the UK and Ireland since 1997.
Colm is the CEO of Red River Archaeology Group Ltd, the parent company of two trading companies Rubicon Heritage Services Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland and Red River Archaeology Ltd, a company registered in Scotland. As such, he has extensive experience of exporting services in both directions across the Irish Sea.
The Red River Group currently employs over 100 archaeologists and support staff through offices in Cork, Dublin, Edinburgh and Cardiff and provides archaeological support and services on a broad range of developments with a strong focus on infrastructure, notably HS2 at the time of writing. Through these activities Rubicon and Red River are integral to the supply chains in sectors such as Roads and Rail, Housing, Renewable Energy and many more.
This position provides a broad insight into the activities of numerous business sectors in the geographical area covered by Causeway.
Colm is the author of numerous academic and popular publications on archaeology in Scotland and Ireland. Colm is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists and a Member of the Institute of Archaeologists of Ireland.
Setting up his own company in 2016 Business Fives, who specialise in the management of corporate charity golf, football and esports events.
John has worked with over 1,000 companies throughout the country raising over £175,000 for charities in the process.
Most recently she has focused on the economics of cities and urban settlements with a view to delivering valuable and tangible social and environmental outcomes through improved design and delivery of infrastructure, the creation of investable propositions, alongside significant stakeholder, community and third sector engagement.
Her work in this area concentrations on environmental and social outcomes and how to support client in making ‘better’ decision.
Stefanie is from Dublin, but has lived in Scotland for the last 20 years.
Her early career in Scotland saw her join the professional indemnity team of a small national broker, Corporate Risk Plc , which was later acquired by Johnson and Higgins and ultimately by Global broker Marsh & McLennan Insurance Services.
Siobhan worked primarily within the Claims Division helping a broad spectrum of clients, through the protection afforded by their professional indemnity insurance policies. She continued in this specialised field for over twenty years, the last eight of which were spent between London and Edinburgh when she joined the board of the internal Managing General Agent (MGA) of Lockton companies LLP as head of compliance and claims. Here she had a particular role in advising on the reduction of risk through the maintaining of a robust internal control framework.
Siobhan joined GS Group in February 2019 and as Legal and Regulatory Director, she is responsible for all compliance matters. She is also involved in new business initiatives, particularly in the professional indemnity arena.
Key focused markets are: Aerospace & Defence; Manufacturing; Construction & Engineering; Energy, and Service industries.
Stuart joined the Causeway Management Board in 2019, whist he was a Director at Jacobs, and during the course of the next five years he played a key role in the planning of events focused on identifying opportunities for collaboration across the Irish Sea. Having stepped down from the Board in late 2024 Stuart is looking forward to continuing to play his part in connecting businesses through the Causeway network as one of our Ambassadors .
