Coronavirus lockdown has caused a significant shift in the way we behave and how we consume content; Caroline will provide insight into consumers’ lives and their media use before and during lockdown. As we move out of the acute lockdown phase, she will look at how marketers and brands might capitalise on new consumer behaviours, and what advertising channels they should invest in now.

Judith will discuss the importance of post-pandemic messaging and content tailored to your customer's attitude about your brand, and its place in the world.  What are the quick wins that will get you out of the trenches fighting post lockdown.
