David Gray


David is Bid Development Director with AM Bid, Scotland’s largest bidding and tender specialists. David’s bidding experience spans over 12 years where he has directed, managed and previously written successful tender submissions in a broad range of sectors, including Architecture, Construction, Energy, Facilities Management, Housing, Legal, Marketing, Renewables and Utilities. David has led bid teams for various clients across the UK and Ireland, to deliver successful proposals for public contracts and national frameworks worth over £1bn, including those for Scottish Government, Crown Commercial Services, NHS, Northern Ireland Housing Executive, various Local Authorities and the Office of Government Procurement in the Republic of Ireland. David is professionally qualified in bidding with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and was recently named in their Global Top 40 Under 40, recognising his achievements and contributions to innovation and best practice in bidding and tendering.

Martin McBride


Martin McBride is Managing Partner of Envision – based in Belfast and working with client companies across N Ireland, Ireland, Scotland and Scandinavia – companies that are focused on internationalisation & global markets. Martin has 30 years’ experience in Internationalisation, and this experience has included working with companies on: Large bids – into private sector supply chains and into the public sector. Joint ventures and strategic alliances – to facilitate large international bids. The Envision Bid Team is one of three key areas of activity for Envision.
